150 students from Burgundy in France visit WNE thanks to AREVA, CEA and EDF

Posté le : Oct 17th, 2014 dans : Archives, news

150 students from Burgundy in France had the opportunity to visit WNE today thanks to local BU of AREVA, the CEA and EDF who jointly finance their trip to Le Bourget.
The aim is to make the students of PNB label courses benefit from a better insight of the nuclear supply chain characterised by the wide diversity of actors.
The students come from the Burgundy University, the Léon Blum du Creusot high-school, the Côte d’Or and Saône-et-Loire Industry Apprentice Training Centre and the Eugène Guillaume de Montbard high-school.

The visit of WNE enables them to identify the range of skills required by the nuclear industry as well as the numerous actors of this sector by meeting the exhibiting companies.
They also attend this morning the panel of discussion on Training human resources for nuclear program hosted by Yves Bréchet, High Commissioner for Atomic Energy (France), dedicated to the needs of expertise of the nuclear field.
