Information

The GPEC study carried out in Bourgogne showed that recruiting problems are sometimes linked to low awareness of the nuclear sector and the relative unattractiveness of the skills and trades involved. Nuclear Valley has to fulfil its role by presenting the activities, the dynamism of the markets and the sector, the trend towards greater professionalism, safety, security, availability of training courses and recruiting figures. Nuclear Valley could:

  • Participate in the organisation of events, exhibitions etc. aimed at increasing public awareness of job opportunities in the nuclear sector
  • Highlight the best projects, thesis subjects and testimonials from companies  for the benefit of students
  • Support the UIMM in making information available to students (universities, secondary schools, colleges).

In order to increase awareness of job opportunities and career perspectives in the sector for young people.
